It’s worked really well on my legs. So far it’s very patchy but i’m a hairy girl so that’s a massive difference after only handful of uses, although last time i tried using it had a horrible smell and kept shutting off.. i was going to email about a replacement because it was great:)

I've been using ILUUMI for three months and now almost every part of my hair isn't growing back. Pores become smaller. I am very happy and confident wearing shorts or showing my armpits.
Its been 12 weeks of use and I am still using the device 3 times weekly. I believe its working slightly but I guess I need longer use to have a really noticeable difference, as everyone is probably different. There's still lots of hair on my legs but it appears like its thinning and softer. I didn't realize when I bought the device the amount of time that would go into using it. (I am used to going to a hair removal clinic only once every 6 weeks to get hair removal on my armpits and its so quick), where as this device you use the device 3 times weekly for the first 6 weeks, and then gradually reduce sessions per the manual until 12 weeks when you ideally should be able to reduce to 1-2 times per month. Each sessions takes me about 30 mins, because it takes a bit of time to recharge between each flash, I assumed it would be a little quicker. I also had some issues with the auto flash function, as I along with others I asked to help me, understood the instructions to say to activate the auto flash mode once the device is pressed against the skin... That does not work. But after weeks of communication from ILuumi support we both finally discovered that I was supposed to activate the auto flash when it is not pressed against the skin. I also had my glasses break after 5 weeks of use so I had to source a new pair ILuumi customer service is great and they have been helpful with answering all my questions, so thank you.
